  • How long does an Amberley Hamper last?

    Our luxury hampers are designed to continue to provide great service for more than one lifetime.  We only use the highest quality materials and construction methods to ensure that you and your descendants continue to get great use from them year after year.

  • Are the Amberley Hampers British made?

    All our our hampers are woven from the highest grade willow sourced from the UK and EU. Each luxury hamper is fitted to order in our workshop in England

  • How accurate is the colour of the Hampers?

    We have provided a colour sample (coloured circle) for each colour the hamper is available in however, as with all images online, different light, screen settings and other factors can alter the colours you see.

    If you want to be 100% sure of the interior colour we would be delighted to send out samples of the leather fabric on request.  Visit the contact us page for information on how to get in touch.

  • What happens if I break a mug, plate or glass on one of my picnics?

    Simply contact us and we will be pleased to sell you a replacement. At a sensible price – not a King’s ransom.

Delivery
  • Can I collect my Amberley Hamper from you in person?

    We happily accept collections, by prior arrangement, in person from the Amberley H.Q in Churt, near Farnham, Surrey. GU10 2JN.  Please telephone us to arrange this.

  • How much is delivery?

    All shipping costs are added and calculated at the online checkout. You can view these costs before payment is made.

  • How long will it take for my hamper to be delivered?

    We will get your hamper to you as soon as we can. We fit each hamper to order in our workshop and so you should allow up to 5 -10 working days from placing your order to dispatch. NB during very busy periods this may be longer as we do sometimes end up with waiting lists.

    Once dispatched your hamper will be shipped on a next day service within the UK. To reach some far-flung corners of the world can take up to a week from dispatch date.

Ordering Online
  • Will I get charged VAT/Tax?

    Our website shows prices inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.  If you will be shipping our hampers to outside of the EU then VAT will be removed at the Checkout stage before purchase.

  • Can I place my order by telephone?

    If you prefer, please call us during office hours on tel: +44 (0)1252 793 389 and we will happily take you order and payment over the phone by credit or debit card.

  • Can I check the status of my order?

    Yes you can.  If you login to the website you will be able to access the ‘My Orders’ section of the site which will list any orders you have placed and the current status of that order.

  • Is it safe to enter my card details?

    Our website uses the latest security encryption to ensure that your credit or debit card details are processed securely.  This entire website is run in a secure environment ensuring that not only your card details but also your personal information remains safe at all times.
